I am a passionate photographer based in Berlin and keen on capturing the most intimate moments and emotions in people around me. My style is focused on informal, private shootings that involve relaxed natural atmosphere and no artificial setting.

Be it family, love story or individual portrait photography, I will try to see and reflect feelings that are deep inside of each and every of us - love, friendship and caring.

A bit about me

I moved to Berlin from Ukraine in 2019 — together with my family, a camera, and no particular plan. Photography started as a hobby, the way the best things usually do, and at some point turned into an actual job. Still a bit surprised about that, honestly.

At home, life is kept interestingly chaotic by my wonderful daughter and our Shiba Inu, who has very strong opinions about everything. When I'm not shooting, I'm somewhere on a long walk, a good coffee in hand, probably thinking about where to travel next.

I'm genuinely interested in people — not in the abstract way, but in the very specific way each person looks at someone they love, or laughs when they think no one is watching. That's what I'm always trying to catch.

Getting Started

How do I book a shoot?

Get in touch — via phone, WhatsApp, email or Instagram — tell me roughly what you have in mind, and we'll figure out the rest together. I have a fancy booking system that helps us ensure that nothing important is forgotten.

Do you offer a consultation before the shoot?

Yes, and it's included in every package. We'll talk through the plan, location, what to wear, and any other details that might be spinning around in your head. Consider it part of the service, not a bonus.

How far in advance should I book?

There's no hard rule, but give it at least two weeks so we have time to actually prepare properly. For weddings, the earlier the better — months ahead is not at all too soon.

Do you shoot weddings?

Yes — from short two-hour ceremonies up to full-day coverage. Wedding shoots have their own separate pricing, which I'll include when I send over the details.

Should we do an engagement shoot before the wedding?

It's a great idea — partly for the photos themselves, but mostly because it's the best way to get comfortable in front of a camera before the actual big day. There's also a small incentive in the wedding pricing for doing both, so it works out nicely.

Style & Approach

What does your photography style look like?

Informal, natural, and as un-staged as possible. I'm not going to ask you to stand in a field with your arms at a weird angle. The goal is to catch real moments — laughter, a glance, a hug that actually happened — not recreate a catalogue shoot.

Can you adapt your editing style to my preferences?

My editing style and colour palette are consistent across all my work, and that's actually kind of the point. The best thing you can do before booking is have a proper look at my portfolio and make sure you genuinely like what you see. If you do — great, let's go. If you're hoping for heavy retouching, dramatic filters, or a completely different aesthetic, I'm probably not the right fit, and I'd rather be honest about that upfront.

Do you do retouching?

Up to 10 photos can be tweaked upon request — things like converting to black and white, or minor touch-ups. Full-on skin smoothing or major alterations aren't really my thing.

Locations

Where do you shoot?

Anywhere! Berlin AB is included by default — which covers pretty much all of Berlin proper. We can shoot at your home, outside in a park, in a neighbourhood you love, or a mix of both depending on what we agree on.

What if I want to shoot outside Berlin?

Totally possible — just comes with travel costs on top of the regular price. We can sort out the details when you reach out.

Can I pick the location?

Absolutely — and I'd actually encourage it. A place that means something to you will always feel more natural than a random "photogenic" spot we found online.

Preparing for the Shoot

What should I wear?

We'll talk through this during the consultation, so you won't be left staring at your wardrobe alone. As a general rule: wear something you feel good in, not something you dug out specially for the occasion. Comfort tends to show up in photos.

What if I have no idea what I'm doing in front of a camera?

Most people don't, and it's completely fine. A big part of my job is making sure you forget the camera is there — or at least stop actively dreading it. It gets easier after the first five minutes, almost without exception.

How does pricing work?

Pricing depends on the type and length of shoot — I'll share the full breakdown with you directly after our initial chat. There are also a couple of discounts available depending on when you book and whether you're happy for me to share the photos publicly.

How do I pay?

Cash, bank payment or PayPal, right after the shoot.

After the Shoot

When will I get my photos?

Within 6 weeks — that's the standard timeline. If you need them faster, there's an express option that gets everything to you in 3–4 days for an additional fee.

How will the photos be delivered?

Via Google Drive or an online gallery, as high-quality JPEG files at around 20MP. Plenty of resolution for printing, sharing, or just hoarding in a folder you'll definitely organise someday.

How many photos will I receive?

It depends on the type and length of the shoot — anywhere from a couple of dozen for a short session up to several hundred for a full wedding day. The pricing sheet I'll send you has the exact numbers.

Can I get the unedited photos too?

Normally I prefer not to share unedited photos. But as an exception that's available as an add-on — just mention it when booking.

Do you offer prints?

Yes! There are a couple of print packages to choose from, with options for different sizes and paper types — including a lovely German Etching paper if you want something a bit more special. Details are in the pricing sheet.
